Hi, I’m Yaakov.

I’m Yaakov Altman, a Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner. I work one-to-one over Zoom with people who feel stuck in anxiety, panic, phobias, painful memories, breakup pain, grief, stress, and emotionally-linked pain.

Most people come to me after trying hard to think their way out of the problem. EFT works differently: we focus on the emotional charge in the body and bring it down, so the issue can start to feel calmer, lighter, and less controlling.

You don’t need to be sure tapping will work. You just need a specific issue, a willingness to try, and a session where you feel safe, understood, and guided step by step.

What is EFT Tapping?

You don’t have to talk through your problem for months to get relief from it. EFT Tapping works differently: it brings down the intensity behind a feeling—the knot in your chest, the dread, the thought you can’t shut off—so it loses its grip on you.

In a session, we focus on one specific issue and gently tap on certain points while you stay with what you actually feel. No forcing yourself to “think positive,” no talking in circles. We work with the part of the issue your system is still reacting to right now.

As the intensity drops, people are often surprised by how different the same memory, fear, or feeling becomes. Most clients feel a real shift in the very first session.
